GUN LAW IN WASHINGTON STATE

While protests, rallies and downright race baiting thuggery take place in cities like New York and Ferguson, a peaceful rally took place in America. However, the irony in all of it was that each one of the between 1000 and 3000 in attendance were fully armed law-abiding citizens to protest the new I-594 pretended legislation that passed in Washington State. But they weren’t just protesting, they gathered together to violate the newly passed “law” openly.
Prior to the rally, which was dubbed the “I will not Comply” rally, there had been over 6,000 RSVPs. However, on December 13, 2014, over 1,000 Washington residents descended on the state capitol of Olympia, amid cold and fog, in protest to defy I-594, a gun regisration “law” backed by the likes of Michael Bloomberg and Bill Gates.
According to Organizer Gavin Seim, this was to be no ordinary protest.
“This is not simply a protest,” he wrote. “We will openly exchange, buy and sell and trade guns and start a plan to break apart this legislation and violate i-594 in every possible way. Because ALL law that violates the Constitution is not law, it is VOID!”
Mr. Seim even refused to obtain a permit to exercise his God-given rights protected under the First Amendment to freely protest (freedom of speech) his government.
Interestingly enough, the Washington State Patrol said that they would not be arresting anyone for exchanging or selling their guns.
Seim led the protest in a time of prayer and then in a Pledge of Allegiance. However, Seim said, “I am not pledging obedience to the government, it is to the Republic. We don’t ask for our rights, and we don’t negotiate for our rights. We will take America back.”
His speech was followed by Mike Vanderboegh of the Three Percenter movement, who said, “”We no longer consent nor comply.”
Reminiscent of the American colonists who took up arms against Britain after the British had heavy-handedly tried to crush the Colonists into submission in a variety of ways, finally attempting to take their arms, Vanderboegh declared,
“This is the tyranny the Founding Fathers warned us about. Tyranny can be voted into existence by a majority. We will not fire the first shot, but if need be, we will fire the last.”
Many engaged in what was predicted as the day of burn barrelssimilar to those in New York following the passage of the NY SAFE Act, as they pledged themselves to liberty.
Truth and Action reported, “At the end of the rally, gun owners burned their concealedweapons permits and signed a petition vowing to refuse to follow the new gun control law. The petition ended with the text, ‘We pledge our blood. We will not comply.’”
While the rally was overshadowed by the protests in New York and Ferguson, which have resulted in property damage and injuries to other people, this rally was fueled only by the spirit of freedom, not racism. While we have seen the mayhem and even murder in both New York and Ferguson, the thing that liberals, socialists and communists in America have said was such a danger, guns, was on fully display in large numbers of people againstgovernment tyranny and not one window was broken, one business burned down nor one police officer beaten or murdered. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it commies!
Another rally took place on December 20 following comments by a Spokane Sheriff’s deputy about needing an MRAP to deal with Constitutionalists. Still another is scheduled for January 15 in Olympia.
According to one report, “The Second Amendment Foundation, headquartered in Bellevue, intends to sue the state over I-594, and will be lobbying the legislature to get the law changed or repealed. Washington State is now ground zero for patriotic gun owners resisting tyranny, which is at a tipping point since law enforcement does not intend to enforce I-594.”
I-594 also had adverse effects on a World War II firearms exhibit. However, instead of the exhibit standing up to the pretended legislation, they chose instead to send the arms back to their owners.
Looks like representatives in Washington might be facing something similar to gun grabbers in Colorado and be looking for a new job soon.
The rally demonstrates the historic words of Samuel Adams, who famously uttered,
“It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in the minds of men.”

I Will Not Comply Rally - Gavin Seim

& His Prayer in "JESUS' NAME":

Published on Dec 15, 2014

12/13/14 I Will Not Comply Rally at the Capitol in Olympia, Washington. Organized by Gavin Seim. We need gun rights groups, but NO groups stepped up to truly help out with i594, or with this rally. Shame on the NRA and other groups. You can redeem yourselves, but you must work hard. Big shame on Nick Hanauer, Steve and Connie Ballmer, Bill and Melinda Gates, and Paul Allen. Your money shouldn't buy or take away rights.

"Mainstream media is trying to ignore this.

But it’s still rumbling across America."

"I counted the days. Because I was right at the center of it as 12/13/14 dawned cold and foggy in Olympia. We had refused to apply for a permit to gather at the Capita and we stepped into the morning air with a little uncertainly and too little sleep. After a month of planning, history would be made today and we the people would nullify unconstitutional gun legislation in a manner America had only talked about. The outcome could mean great victory, or revolution. I felt a heavy weight on my shoulders, thinking of that April morning in 1775 on Lexington green.
It was not my day, it was all of ours. It came from the effort of a dedicated few who refused to back down and from many who stood with us. People like Kit, Anthony, Maria, Sondra, Nathan and others. — But not all who called themselves patriots stood, some that should have been first in line, opposed the stand. We forged on. I’m reminded that we were taught to pray for good leaders. Perhaps we failed to realize was that sometimes you have to step up and become those leaders. That’s what these patriots did. They came from far and wide to set a an example and showed America how to stand principled for liberty.
Yet I had begun this event and I had challenged every shred of compliant behavior that we were used to following. If it went wrong, I would bear that forever. That weight was heavy and some days I was pushed to my knees. I asked for help with our burden and I knew I was not the only one carrying it. I said to God “Jesus once spoke of calling on twelve legions of angels. I would like to ask for that many.”
As the day rose, figures emerged from the fog onto the green, carrying flags, guns and courage. They carried their pride, their hope and their children in their arms. They came to stand in defiance of tyranny. The State capital tried to hold us back that morning by making it hard to get gear and resources in. But we stood our ground and they backed down. The officers ultimately standing with liberty, and recognizing that today was not a day for negotiations, but for the upholding of oaths.
The patriots stood on the green, armed and ready. Militia and mothers, fathers and children. Old and young. Some could not be there, but stood with us in prayer and support. America stood in defiance, not only of this legislation, but of lawless government. It was a picture of history unfolding on the soggy green. One thousand, two thousand, more. It was not a protest. It was a rebellion. A Revolution of hearts that made mainstream media and false patriots gasp. But they could not stop the message, for this day the patriots said “We Will Not Comply” and they set a standard for what it means to stand.
We burned carry permits, we bought and sold guns in defiance of this new legislation. We did not ask for liberty. We demanded that it be respected and we begin the long march to take back America.
For me 12 13 14 was a blur of red, white, blue and beauty; despite a foggy colorless day. I remember standing on the hill, wondering if there was tyranny waiting beyond the mist, or a snipers bullet aimed at my heart. I didn’t even realize I had a security detail following my every move. I dismissed the fears, remembering those twelve legions of angels waiting in the wings, just in case. Today was a day of liberty, come what may.
Light the fires of liberty, wear firm resolve on your sleeve. A great march has begun, like a sea of impenetrable ice cracked, a shot heard round the world. We will not strike the first blow, nor fire the first shot. We will keep moving to restore law and stand our ground to protect our families. The fine patriots stand against all enemies who would violate liberty, foreign or domestic.
So on that misty green, chilled with dampness, we stood united. This was what America really looks like. Wenullified i594 and we continue to do so each day. But even more important, we started an idea, one of bold liberty and from it a Declaration of liberty, signed by hundreds. This firm declaration flies in the face of every shred of modern neutered education and cries liberty from the rooftops! It was like nothing seen since 1776 and as I watched those patriots line up by hundreds to sign, some wept for the liberty that has been lost and my heart swelled with pride.
We step onto the green knowing that America has failed and sinned. So we kneel in an appeal to heaven and for the rectitude of our intentions. Then we stand boldly, facing the wind and the tyrants whip. Preparing not to be beaten, but to tear it from their filthy hands."
— Gav

"On Nov 4th 2014 a piece of legislation called i594 passed in Washington State (read text). It will make so much as handing a gun to a friend a felony. While this started here in Washington, it was funded by big out of State money and you are next. This stand is about all of America. It’s about public officials deciding if they will keep their oath, or support tyranny. It’s about us deciding if we will stand or allow liberty to be lost.
On Dec 13th we gather for the largest Felony civil disobedience rally in American history. Thousands are coming to stand at the capital in Olympia. This is not simply a protest. We will openly exchange, buy and sell and trade guns and start a plan to break apart this legislation and violate i594 in every possible way. Because ALL law that violates the Constitution is not law, it is VOID!
We the people will not tolerate this law. We will not bow down and lick the boots of tyrants, we will stand for the liberty of our children? We’re not waiting for politicians, judges or lawyers. Our birthright is NOT to be touched. We gather and we will affirm that liberty.
We call on our Sheriffs, local representatives and legislators to stand with us and uphold their oaths. The Constitution is the supreme law and our God given rights are NOT open for negotiation. We choose to uphold the law as peacefully and principled as possible, but it will be upheld. We will buy and sell guns from whom we please, we will not submit to background checks, we will not give up our rights, WE WILL NOT Comply."
